The Australian cane harvest and crush has ended after a 31-week campaign with the final tally reaching 30.1 mln tonnes crushed. Unseasonal rain together with operational challenges at some mills proved disruptive to the harvest and crush with the season prolonged by an additional 3 weeks compared to last year.
